This policy is part of the terms of use. It applies to every account, workspace, and person who uses VeriCord.
Permitted use
Use VeriCord to compare documents you are allowed to use, to inspect candidate findings, and to record a professional decision. Do not present a finding, summary, or Ask VeriCord answer as a stamp, a sealed opinion, or the determination of an engineer, architect, or other professional of record unless a qualified person has reviewed it and taken responsibility for that determination.
Do not use an output as the sole basis for a life-safety, regulatory, design-certification, or professional sign-off decision. See the professional judgment disclaimer.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate law, professional obligations, confidentiality restrictions, or third-party rights.
- Upload malicious code, or content you are not authorized to process.
- Probe, disrupt, bypass, or defeat security or usage controls, including authentication, row-level security, or plan limits.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or benchmark the Services for competitive publication, or extract underlying models, prompts, routing logic, or proprietary methods, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell or provide the Services to third parties, except under an authorized partner arrangement.
- Use outputs as a substitute for required licensed professional judgment or sign-off.
- Harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone, or send unsolicited mail through the contact or invitation features.
- Access another customer's workspace, documents, or account.
Automated access is allowed only through features we provide.
Documents you upload
Upload only drawings, specifications, and related files that you have the right to process in VeriCord and to send to the subprocessors that run the review. Do not upload:
- Material you do not have rights to copy or disclose.
- Credentials, payment-card numbers, or government identity numbers, except where a specification unavoidably contains them and you are authorized to share that document.
- Malware, or files designed to disrupt or probe the Service.
- Content that is illegal to possess or to transmit.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend a workspace, or close an account that breaks this policy, fails to pay amounts that are due, or creates risk for other customers or for the Service. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may act without notice if delay would harm someone or compromise the Service.
